The intense aromatics of citrus tones and floral notes are accompanied by a balanced acidity, which is clean and refreshing for this cool climate King Valley Pinot Grigio.  Mouth-feel is reminiscent of freshly peeled ripe pears, white petal flowers, with cinnamon and subtle spices. The palate has good weight and texture, and the finish is dry and savoury.
