The 2024 vintage in Southern Tasmania was warm and dry, but cooler later in the season, leading to slow, gentle ripening. The season produced a Riesling with great elegance and delicacy. A perfumed nose with lime and slightly savoury notes leads to a soft, succulent and textured palate: tight minerally and with great length of flavour. Drink now with oysters, or cellar for up to 15 years
