At this stage, gift cards are delivered immediately after your purchase is complete. If you'd like the recipient to receive it at a later date, we recommend sending the gift card to yourself first so you can forward it to them at your preferred time.

Yes. When sending the gift card directly to the recipient, you can include a personalised message (200 characters max)

Digital gift cards are delivered securely by email. You can choose to have the gift card sent to yourself or directly to the recipient immediately after purchase.

Gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Bottega Tasca Gift Cards can be redeemed both online at bottegatasca.com.au and in-store at 321 Lygon Street, Carlton VIC 3053.

To redeem your gift card online, simply enter the unique gift card code during checkout. The value of the gift card will be applied to your order total.

To redeem your gift card in-store, simply present your gift card email to a member of our team at the time of purchase.

Yes. If there is a remaining balance after your purchase, it will stay on your gift card and can be used for future purchases until the balance is exhausted or the gift card expires.

If your gift card balance doesn't cover the full order amount, you can pay the remaining balance using another accepted payment method at checkout.

Yes. Multiple gift cards can be redeemed towards a single purchase.

Yes. Gift cards can be used together with eligible promotional discount codes.

Please note that gift cards themselves cannot usually be purchased using discount codes unless specifically stated.

No. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another gift card.

No. There are no additional processing or administration fees.

No. Gift cards are delivered electronically by email, so there are no shipping charges.

If your order also contains physical products, standard shipping charges will apply to those items.

No. Gift cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.

Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded once purchased, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

You can check your gift card balance at any time using the link included in your original gift card email. If you need any assistance, please contact our team and we'll be happy to help.

Please note that while we can view your gift card balance and expiry date, we cannot view your unique gift card code.

Your unique gift card code should be treated like cash or a prepaid card. Anyone with access to the code can redeem the remaining balance, so we recommend keeping it secure and only sharing it with the intended recipient. 

For security reasons, we cannot view your full gift card code once it has been issued.
