The ‘Pétillant #1’ is Little Ra Ra's first ever Pet Nat creation, now in its 5th iteration. Free run Shiraz and Sauvignon Blanc are blended and allowed to settle before racking into a temperature-controlled tank to undergo a wild yeast ferment until almost dry. Fermentation is finished in bottle with the Pet Nat disgorged prior to release for a crisp, clean finish.
