Beautiful, light, chillable wine made of Shiraz from the Parklands Vineyard, Moorabool Valley. Kept on skins for two days before pressing and an indigenous yeast ferment. Bottled early to keep the juicy fruit freshness and a little lower in alcohol (ABV 11.8%) .Keep it in the fridge for summer, or drink at room temperature.
