This special vintage of Mermerus Chardonnay is made from a blend of fruit from our estate and the Harrison Vineyard in Marcus Hill. The mild cool growing season has produced a crisp dry wine, with attractive citrus and stonefruit characters. Wild fermentation, seasoned oak barrel maturation and extended lees contact have created additional layers of texture and richness to this classic Bellarine Peninsula Chardonnay.
