The Eden is produced from a single vineyard of two hectares in the heart of the Eden Valley region. Established in 1972, these old vines cling to some of the thinnest soils on the Poonawatta property; the lean environment keeping the yields relatively low, the flavours concentrated and pure.
Only free run juice is used in making The Eden Riesling, to capture the purity of the variety, and the truest possible expression of the site.
