The 2024 Cathedral is a blend of around 40% Upper Goulburn, 35% King Valley, 15% Alpine Valleys and 10% Mornington Peninsula Pinot Noir.
Semi translucent red to dark red colour with black toned edges and a vibrant light red hue. Fragrant red cherry, raspberry and violet scents blossom out of the glass trailed by some winter strawberry, fresh herb and delicate forest floor notes. Light and juicy the palate features vibrant red cherry and red raspberry fruits over winter strawberry, infusions of fresh herbs and light earth. Fresh, bouncy feel with energetic acidity, polished tannins and a delicious red fruited finish.
